Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) regulate the rules and conditions regarding the use of the mobile application named Regu (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

The App is provided by Regu.

1. Description of Service

Regu is a mobile application that offers astrological calculations and interpretations, aiming to produce personalized content based on your birth information.

The App offers analyses based on astrological principles; these analyses do not imply certainty, scientific accuracy, or a guarantee about the future.

The App is provided “as is”, and it is not guaranteed that it will always reflect the exact truth or lead to a specific result.

2. Conditions for Using the App

By using the App, you declare and undertake the following:

• You will use the App in accordance with applicable legislation.
• You will not use the App:
  • For any illegal purpose,
  • For fraud, harassment, threats, insults, or spam purposes,
  • In a way that violates the rights of others.
• You will provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your own account.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and device, and the confidentiality of your login information. You may be held responsible for transactions made through your account.

3. Account Creation, User Account, and Deletion

• You may need to create a user account to use the App.
• Your account is exclusive to you; you cannot transfer it to third parties or let others use it.
• You delete your account at any time from the relevant areas within the App.
• When the App detects usage contrary to these Terms or applicable legislation:
  • It may temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate your account.

4. Pricing and Purchases

While some features or content within the App are offered for free, some can only be used for a fee (“Paid Features”). Paid Features may include models such as subscriptions (e.g., weekly, monthly, annual) and one-time credit or package purchases.

For access to Paid Features:

• Prices, currency, and taxes, if any, are shown on the App Store at the time of purchase.
• All payments are collected by Apple within the framework of Apple's own terms of service and privacy policy. The App does not directly have disposal over your payment information (credit card, debit card, etc.) and does not access this information.

Subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are valid for the specified periods (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annual) and are managed via your App Store account.
• Unless you cancel from App Store account settings, your subscription may automatically renew at the end of the relevant period, and the subscription fee may continue to be charged to your account at current prices.
• To cancel your subscription, you must perform the necessary actions via your App Store account settings before the renewal date. Cancellation processes are subject to the periods and methods determined by Apple.

One-time purchases and credits:

• One-time purchases and credit packages can be used within the framework of the conditions specified at the time of purchase for the relevant Paid Feature.
• One-time purchases do not generate a recurring payment unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Refund and cancellation:

• Your refund, cancellation, or similar requests regarding in-app purchases are subject to Apple's own refund and cancellation policies to a large extent.
• The App cannot directly intervene in payment and refund processes made via the App Store; these processes are managed by Apple.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

On the App and its content:

• All texts, graphics, logos, icons, visuals,
• Software code, design, databases,
• Brand, trade name, and all other intellectual property elements

Belong to Regu or relevant licensors.

Using the App does not give you the right to:

• Access the source code,
• Reverse engineer,
• Copy, reproduce, republish,
• Modify and distribute the App in whole or in part.

It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, or use unauthorizedly any component of the App for commercial purposes.

6. User Content

Data you enter into the App (e.g., your birth information, profile information, etc.) is generally your responsibility.

• You are responsible for the consequences of entering incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information.
• You agree not to enter any content into the App that violates applicable legislation or the rights of third parties.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Astrological analyses, interpretations, and recommendations offered within the scope of the App:

• Are entirely for general information and entertainment purposes.
• Do not carry the nature of medical, legal, financial, or professional consultancy.

Decisions you make while using the App and the consequences of these decisions are entirely your responsibility.

Regu:

• Does not undertake that the App:
  • Will always be uninterrupted,
  • Will be error-free or completely free of security vulnerabilities,
  • Will be definitely suitable for a specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable mandatory law rules, it may not be held responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,
• Loss of profit, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Features offered by third-party service providers (e.g., Firebase) may be utilized within the App.

• These services are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies.
• The App is not responsible for the content or applications of these third-party services.
• When using third-party services, it is recommended that you also read the terms of the relevant service provider.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time.

• When significant changes are made, a notification may be shown to you within the App or the “Effective Date” at the top of the Terms is updated.
• Continuing to use the App means you have accepted the updated Terms.
